You will work closely with Program Managers and cross-functional teams, performing financial analysis and maintaining program data.

The role emphasizes risk tracking, reporting, and collaboration with customers and management to optimize schedules and budgets under a 9/80 hybrid schedule. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and related technical training with at least 3 years directly related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assistant to Program Manager supporting program related needs
• Develop plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements for multiple and/or large complex programs
• Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements
• Lead major coordination efforts for complex delivery schedules
• Consult with management and customers on modifications for optimum schedules
• Coordinate budgets across the program
• Participate in vendor evaluation
• Provide expertise on proposals to identify most appropriate methods to meet project requirements outlined in the Statement of Work
• Assist with proposals efforts
• Provide work leadership for lower level employees
• Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
