Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. in West Plains, MO, is hiring a Senior Programs Analyst for a full-time role on the Land Systems team. The position follows a 4/10 schedule (Mon-Thu) with a 1st shift from 6:00am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities include developing plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements, establishing program plans, leading coordination for delivery schedules, and advising on modifications. A Bachelor’s degree with at least eight years of related experience is required.

• Bachelor’s degree and related technical training with at least 8 years directly related experience

• Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements
• Lead major coordination efforts for complex delivery schedules
• Consult with management and customers on modifications for optimum schedules
• Coordinate budgets across the program
• Provide expertise on proposals to identify most appropriate methods to meet project requirements outlined in the Statement of Work
• Assist with proposals efforts
• Provide work leadership for lower level employees
• Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization

The Leonardo DRS Land Systems business is a recognized leader in the design and integration of complex technologies into new and legacy systems and platforms for global military and commercial customers. We are a 6 year running Top Workplace in the Greater St. Louis area.

Relocation Available: No Relocation Benefit
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 4/10 (Monday - Thursday)
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00am-4:30pm)
