Job summary

The Smith Center for the Performing Arts in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Senior Manager, Programming to lead artist/show offers, rider management, budgeting, settlements, and cross‑functional collaboration with the Programming team.

This full‑time, onsite role reports to the Director of Programming, supervises the Artist Services Manager, and provides hands‑on oversight during performances, travel arrangements, hospitality, and post‑show financials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in arts administration or related field required.
• Minimum five years of programming or theater production management experience.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing budgets.
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming operations, including budgets, rider approvals, and settlements.
• Prepare annual programming budget with senior leaders.
• Coordinate contracts and riders with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee on-site execution of performances and artist services.
• Support travel, lodging, and hospitality arrangements.
