The Smith Center in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Senior Manager, Programming to lead artist/show offers, rider management, settlements, and budgeting across programming operations. This role partners with cross‑functional teams and oversees the Artist Services Manager to ensure timely travel, lodging, and accommodations for performances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years in programming or theater production management.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing budgets.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual programming budget and related details.
• Issue contracts for 4 Wall engagements and ensure signed copies.
• Review and edit rider information; coordinate with show-related departments.
• Attend shows onsite for settlements and oversight.
• Coordinate travel, lodging, and ground transportation within proforma and budget.
• Ensure accurate post-show event reports and financial settlements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and capital expenditures.
