What We Require:

We need talent with excellent communication, analytical, logical, problem-solving skills, and someone who can review, develop, design, test, implement, and maintain our advancement systems, currently Ellucian Advance. This role requires a bachelor’s degree (or a combination of higher education and relevant experience beyond the minimum), five years of experience in database programming, two years with Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL. This person will contribute to the overall success of the Foundation by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The minimum education and experience required:

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution OR a combination of some higher education and relevant experience beyond the minimum experience required.
  • Experience in database programming such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL server.
  • Experience with writing procedures, packages, functions and triggers.
  • Experience with enterprise-level advancement solutions, including Ellucian Advance Web, preferred. Experience with advanced programming languages preferred.

Compensation Salary Range:

The expected salary for this position is $65,000 - $98,000. This range is an estimate, and the final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications, consideration of any approved geographic salary differential, and alignment with internal equity guidelines to ensure consistency across similar roles.

  • Monday through Friday, Hybrid and/or Remote Options Available
  • Operating Hours from 8:00am – 5pm (MST)
  • Weekend availability for some positions
