Job summary

FHI 360 UK is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead programme management, compliance and finance for the EPICS-COG programme in Palestine, with travel to Jerusalem as required. Based in Ramallah, the role ensures delivery of results, governance, risk management, and reporting in line with FCDO requirements.

You will oversee HR, procurement, budgets, performance management and monitoring of expenditures, coordinating with team leads and partners to maintain value for money and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Development, International Relations, Public Administration, or related field.
• Demonstrable training or professional experience in programme management and compliance within development programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day programme management, reporting, compliance and finance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for donors on programme management matters and reporting.
• Coordinate activity development, budgets and workplans with Team Leader and programme staff.
• Oversee HR, procurement, risk management, and financial reporting to ensure value for money.
