FHI 360 UK is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead programme management, compliance and finance for the EPICS-COG programme in Palestine, with travel to Jerusalem as required. Based in Ramallah, the role ensures delivery of results, governance, risk management, and reporting in line with FCDO requirements.

The EPICS-COG programme is planned by the UK FCDO and will provide Technical Assistance to the Palestinian Authority (PA) Centre of Government (COG). The objective of this programme will be to contribute to the delivery improved accountability for governance and service delivery in Palestine, driven by a more effective, coordinated and citizen-responsive Centre of Government.

In anticipation of this tender, FHI 360 UK is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Senior Programme Manager (SPM) to lead on all programme management, compliance and finance requirements with responsibility for ensuring that programme operations are working optimally to support achievement of results. Working closely with the Team Lead and FHI 360 UK programme management, they will be responsible for project operations, oversight and management of deliverables, HR, financial management, risk management, asset management, delivery chain mapping, procurement, routine contract management, financial and progress reporting, governance and compliance.
The expected hiring salary range for this role is ILS 185,000 - 200,000 annually for basic salary. When determining an offer amount, FHI 360 factors in multiple considerations, including but not limited to: relevant years of experience and education possessed by the applicant, internal equity, market pay, and budget.
