Job summary

Solidarités International in Gaza is seeking a Finance & Human Resources Manager to oversee the Gaza base administration, financial management, and HR policy implementation. The role requires coordinating with program teams, ensuring compliance with donor rules, and reporting on budgeting matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in humanitarian sector (5+ years).
• Experience in a similar position (3–4 years).
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Admin department of Gaza base and continue structuration.
• Ensure sound administrative, accounting, and financial management per donor requirements.
• Monitor and report budget utilization; support preparation of financial reports.
• Supervise accounting operations and cash management; budget follow-up with program managers.
• Ensure implementation of Solidarités International HR policy at the base.
