Job summary

Acted is seeking a Project Development Manager (Grants) to lead proposal development and donor reporting for the Consortium’s programme strategy. You will manage grant administration and coordinate with partners and the Secretariat, supporting the Chief of Party with donor communications.

You will oversee fundraising context analysis, donor forecasting, and development of a donor funding strategy, ensuring learning informs new proposals and that budgets reflect donor rules.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in International Relations, Development, Political Science or related field.
• Experience in humanitarian grants, proposals development and donor relations is required.
• Strong written and oral communication and ability to coordinate with diverse partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of grant proposals and donor reporting per strategy.
• Coordinate with Finance and MEAL and with Partners for inputs and logframes.
• Ensure timely and compliant reporting and donor communications.
• Maintain regular relations with Consortium partners and donors.
• Oversee contract negotiations and adherence to donor requirements.
