Job summary

ARFADA for Development and Consultations in Palestine seeks a Senior Research and Evaluation Lead based in the West Bank to direct evaluations, assessments, and third‑party monitoring projects. You will design robust methodologies, lead project delivery with a client-facing role, and mentor staff to ensure timely, high-quality results across Gaza and West Bank.

The role demands 10+ years of relevant experience and a proven ability to communicate findings clearly through reports and presentations

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in social sciences, economics, public policy or statistics.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in research, evaluation, or related field.
• Proven track record leading complex evaluation projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and assessment projects in West Bank and Gaza.
• Develop and apply robust research methodologies for data collection and analysis.
• Oversee third-party monitoring ensuring client requirements are met.
• Produce reports and presentations communicating findings and recommendations.
• Lead staff and project teams to ensure on-time, in-scope, within-budget delivery.
• Stay current with trends in research and evaluation methodologies.
