Job summary

Mogl, based in Denver, CO, is seeking a Senior Programmatic Trader to own client relationships and manage a growing book of business. You will lead campaign strategy, optimization, and performance monitoring, while deepening client partnerships and driving long-term growth.

This role requires 5–7 years in programmatic advertising, strong The Trade Desk cadence, and a track record in retail media with data-driven decision-making. Travel to meet clients is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of programmatic advertising experience.
• Deep familiarity with The Trade Desk platform.
• Experience running retail media campaigns (Amazon, Walmart, Target).
• Strong analytical skills; Excel and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaign strategy, launch, optimization, and monitoring with proper pacing and budget allocation.
• Serve as senior strategic partner to retail accounts and drive long-term growth.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tailored to KPIs; translate data into media strategies.
• Collaborate with internal traders, programmatic specialists, and account managers to align on execution.
