Job description

Mogl is looking for a high‑performing Senior Programmatic Trader to own client relationships, manage a growing book of business, and help establish our presence in the New York market.

In this role you will work closely with the client services team to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, optimized for performance, and delivered seamlessly from start to finish. As Mogl's first on‑the‑ground trader in New York, you will play a key role in building and deepening relationships with our Northeast clients—bringing a local presence to a team known for high‑touch service.

This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship‑driven individual who thrives on collaboration, problem‑solving, and helping clients achieve measurable success.

WHO WE ARE

Mogl is the only purpose‑built Certified Service Partner (reseller) for The Trade Desk. One of the fastest‑growing companies in North America, Mogl delivers performance‑driven consulting across the world’s leading media and data platforms. We are guided by a values‑driven culture and powered by a team of curious, persistent, and self‑less professionals who collaborate to achieve ambitious, measurable outcomes. Based in Denver, CO and consistently recognized as a Top Place to Work, Mogl provides meaningful opportunities where team members thrive through challenging and rewarding work.

WHO YOU ARE
  • 5–7 years of experience in programmatic advertising, preferably at a DSP (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Basis, StackAdapt) or within a performance‑focused agency or brand
  • Deep familiarity with The Trade Desk platform, including campaign architecture, audience strategy, and optimization levers
  • Experience running retail media campaigns across major platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.) with fluency in retail‑specific metrics: ROAS, TACoS, NTB, and retail attribution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable strategy; proficient in Excel and comfortable building dashboards and custom reports
  • Confident, polished communicator—equally at ease in executive client conversations as in internal strategy sessions
  • Collaborative by nature, with a track record of working cross‑functionally with sales, account management, and media teams to drive client growth
  • Self‑directed and detail‑oriented, able to manage a high‑volume book of business without sacrificing quality or strategic thinking

  • Lead campaign strategy, launch, optimization, and performance monitoring, ensuring pacing, budget allocation, and KPI alignment at all times
  • Proactively identify and surface performance opportunities and troubleshoot issues before they impact client results

  • Deliver clear, insight‑driven performance narratives in client calls, QBRs, and strategic reviews

Performance & Reporting
  • Build and maintain custom dashboards and reporting frameworks tailored to each client’s KPIs
  • Analyze retail‑specific performance data and translate findings into media strategy and budget recommendations
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with internal traders, programmatic specialists, and account managers to align on strategy and execution
  • Contribute to the development of client services playbooks, best practices, and process documentation that elevate the broader team
