Job summary

Wunderkind is seeking a highly technical Senior Manager, Programmatic Technical Solutions to join the Ads organization in our New York office. You will serve as a primary technical escalation point for programmatic campaign and deal delivery, diagnosing and resolving complex issues across DSPs, SSPs, publishers, and Wunderkind's tech stack.

You will work across advertisers, agencies, DSPs, SSPs, and Wunderkind teams, deeply analyzing bidstream, log-level data, and campaign performance to ensure

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of programmatic advertising, technical ad operations, technical account management, or related ad tech function.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting PMPs, deal IDs, Programmatic Guaranteed campaigns, bid requests and responses, targeting, floors, and delivery issues.
• Strong understanding of OpenRTB and the programmatic bidstream, including bid requests, responses, auction behavior, and deal eligibility.
• Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, publishers, agencies, or programmatic platforms.

Responsibilities

• Technical Troubleshooting: serve as a key escalation point for display, video, and CTV campaigns and deal IDs not bidding or spending as expected.
• Deal Activation & Delivery: troubleshoot PMP and Programmatic Guaranteed deals across configuration, targeting, creative approvals, pricing, coverage, and buyer setup.
• Cross-Format Troubleshooting: diagnose delivery issues across display, video, and CTV and understand format-specific requirements and paths.
• Proactive Bidstream Analysis: analyze bid requests/responses, win rates, CPMs, and other data to identify delivery gaps and monitor health.
