Job summary

Horizon Media in New York is seeking a Senior Associate, Programmatic who will lead tactical programmatic media planning, setup and optimization. You will translate high-level strategy into actionable in-platform campaigns, collaborating with Associates and external partners to drive performance.

This role emphasizes hands-on execution, data-driven decision making, and ongoing learning to advance Horizon’s programmatic capabilities across clients and channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of in-platform programmatic experience.
• Proven ability to develop/implement/improve business processes.
• Proven ability to thrive in highly collaborative work environments.
• Must be a self-starter and exhibit advanced business maturity.
• Advanced user of at least two DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Walmart Connect, Amazon, Yahoo).
• Strong knowledge of statistical concepts relevant to optimization and testing.

Responsibilities

• 60% Strategic Planning & Optimizations: use reporting to drive tactical and audience strategies.
• 20% Account Management: clear communication and opportunity identification.
