Horizon Media is seeking an Associate Director, Programmatic to lead complex programmatic initiatives, align internal and external stakeholders, and drive algorithm-driven optimization for client campaigns.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on oversight of DSP setups, inventory planning, and performance analytics, ensuring best-in-class media outcomes across multiple clients and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for internal partners and external contacts to deliver excellence with speed, expertise, and helpfulness.
• Review DSP setup as the final QA reviewer, approving launch and in-campaign changes.
• Coordinate makegood coverage responses and explore solutions with partners and platforms.
• Develop custom algorithm strategies and bespoke inventory and supply approaches to improve efficiency.
• Mitigate risks across the end-to-end process and maintain strong relationships with the team, analytics, and clients.
• Lead adoption of internal products and solutions and establish a framework for skill development and growth.
