Job summary

FreeWheel, a Comcast company, seeks a Senior Client Solutions Specialist focused on the Advertiser Suite. You will be the primary client contact, collaborating with Sales to advise on pre-sale engagements, installation, scaling, and handoff to Account teams, and provide ongoing technical consultation.

You will engage with enterprise clients and startups, across Agencies to Media/Tech providers, ensuring technical needs are met and issues resolved, with a goal to convert trials into long-term,

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of work experience in a technical customer facing or support role in AdTech.
• Strong understanding of real time bidding and programmatic advertising, especially for demand side media/tech companies, agencies and advertisers.
• Hands-on with SaaS, configuring functionality, building workflows and manipulating data to meet client needs.
• Technical acumen in troubleshooting, SQL and APIs, command line, AWS console and basic knowledge of HTML/JavaScript preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand our most strategic customers' programmatic and technical requirements and craft elegant technical solutions.
• Partner with Sales on pre-sales engagements, elicit customer technical and business KPIs, and define success criteria of an engagement.
• Develop and deliver custom onboarding plans to scale customer spend through the platform.
• Scope, configure, test, and deliver bidder and DSP software solutions leveraging SQL and API management.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders in Ad Ops, engineering, data science, and product roles.
• Coach and support junior team members and drive internal/client initiatives to scale the business.
