Job summary

FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is seeking a Support Engineer to deconstruct complex problems and deliver comprehensive adtech solutions. You will collaborate with teams and communicate effectively while continuously learning new technologies.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and experience in online advertising or related tech. Onsite in New York four days per week with one remote day, and visa eligibility is not offered.

Qualifications

• A Computer Science, Engineering, or related Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in the online advertising/internet marketing or video/television advertising technology in a customer service and client-facing capacity.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all adtech platforms, including internal runbooks, API references, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with IAB standards including VAST, openRTB Data analysis and processing: SQL, cURL, etc.
• Web technologies such as HTTP, HTML5, XML, etc.
• Object Oriented Programming: JS, Python, etc.
• Experience developing against RESTful APIs.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.

• Deconstruct complex problems and build comprehensive solutions as a Support Engineer.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication with clients and teammates.
• Show experience solving complex problems using SQL and scripting languages.
