Job summary

FreeWheel, a Comcast Company, is seeking a Senior Client Solutions professional to lead enterprise client engagements for the Advertiser Suite, including pre-sale consultations, implementation, scaling, and ongoing support.

You will collaborate with Sales to provide solutions for our newest customers, drive trial-to-paid transitions, and mentor junior teammates while aligning with governance and strategies to scale the business.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in a technical customer-facing or adtech role.
• Strong understanding of real time bidding and programmatic advertising.
• Hands-on with SaaS, configuring functionality, building workflows and manipulating data to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand strategic customers' programmatic and technical requirements and craft elegant technical solutions.
• Partner with Sales on pre-sales engagements, elicit customer KPIs, and define success criteria.
• Develop and deliver onboarding plans to scale customer spend through the platform.
• Scope, configure, test, and deliver our bidder and DSP software solutions; leverage SQL and API management.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders in Ad Ops, engineering, data science, and product roles.
• Act as a technical SME on the Advertiser Suite for clients and internal teams.
• Provide ongoing feedback to product and engineering to drive roadmap initiatives.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with possible escalation to product/engineering.
