Job summary

Deerfield is seeking a Supervisor, Media Platforms (Programmatic) to lead planning, activation, optimization, and performance of programmatic campaigns across Display, Online Video, CTV, Digital Audio, and emerging channels.

You will mentor a team of media professionals, ensuring quality execution and data-driven strategies while collaborating with Strategy, Analytics, Account Management, and Creative teams to maximize client outcomes in healthcare marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of digital media experience with at least 2 years leading programmatic campaigns.
• Previous experience mentoring or supervising team members within an agency environment preferred.
• Healthcare and pharmaceutical media experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, activation, optimization, and performance of programmatic media campaigns across multiple channels.
• Mentor and manage a team of media professionals ensuring operational excellence.
• Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to clients.
