DEPT® is a remote-first agency seeking a Senior Account Manager, Programmatic to oversee programmatic campaigns with a focus on retail verticals. You will mentor Account Managers and Coordinators, partner with client services and programmatic teams, and guide campaign strategies across multiple platforms.

You will manage and optimize campaigns, build client relationships with performance insights, and contribute to overall programmatic strategy while working within Central, Mountain or Pacific

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of programmatic media experience across CTV, Display, and Video.
• Hands-on programmatic trading experience in retail marketplaces (Walmart, Target, Best Buy).
• Proficiency in multiple DSPs (Amazon, TTD, DV360) and familiarity with Ad Servers.
• A minimum of 3 years’ paid marketing / ecommerce experience.
• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central.
• Experience guiding or mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
• Remote-friendly role; candidates must be in Central, Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Aufgaben

• Partner with client services and programmatic teams to deliver client-first recommendations and day-to-day programmatic expertise.
• Develop and execute cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch across platforms like Amazon (bonus if you have Walmart/Target experience).
• Manage and oversee executions and optimizations of sponsored campaigns.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain effective client relationships by communicating performance insights and strategic opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and clear communication in all client and internal interactions.
• Act as a proactive self-starter who can independently manage workflows while collaborating across teams.
• Support development and execution of programmatic strategy to drive performance and achieve client goals.
• Provide guidance and light mentorship to Account Managers and Coordinators to support their growth.
