Job summary

The Washington Post is seeking a senior Programmatic Direct solutions leader in New York. You will partner with Sales and leadership to expand relationships with advertisers and agencies, translating objectives into scalable programmatic strategies.

You will drive adoption of Private Marketplaces, Deal IDs, and emerging capabilities while aligning with Product and Engineering to maximize revenue and client value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or related field.
• Strategic/technical advisor to enterprise advertisers or agencies.
• Experience partnering with sales to develop account strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client solutions for Programmatic Direct relationships.
• Advise on Private Marketplace, Programmatic Guaranteed, and emerging solutions.
• Identify expansion opportunities using campaign analytics and marketplace trends.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations to meet client needs.
