Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Consultant focused on Technical Project Management/Business Analysis to lead complex technology initiatives in the San Francisco Bay Area. This onsite role collaborates with business and technology stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and performance success across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.

You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and drive AI-enabled delivery improvements while building strong client relationships and ensuring measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience leading technology projects and business transformation.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into deliverables.
• Experience with cross-functional teams across business, product, technology, and operations.
• Strong AI concepts and AI-enabled tools to improve delivery and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex technical projects or portfolios from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables integrate into a cohesive end-state solution.
• Build strong client relationships with proactive status reporting and governance.
