Job summary

Raytheon, an RTX business, is seeking a Principal Program Security Specialist in the Northeast U.S. region to lead security operations and serve as a trusted advisor to program leadership.

You will ensure compliance with DoD and government security requirements, interfacing with Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, and Engineering to align security with mission success. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial/security roles, strong NISPOM knowledge, and experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in industrial, program, or information security or military/government security roles.
• Strong knowledge of NISPOM Rule (32 CFR Part 117) and related DoD security requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and provide practical compliance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support program security operations across DoD and government requirements.
• Interface with program leadership and government customers to resolve security challenges.
• Coordinate security plans for classified material and travel; ensure regulatory compliance.
