Job summary

Raytheon, an RTX business, is seeking a Principal Program Security Specialist to join our Global Security Services team in a hybrid Northeast U.S. role.

You will oversee security operations for classified programs and ensure full compliance with DoD requirements, interfacing with program leadership and government customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor, coordinating with Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Engineering to align security with mission success and lead investigations,

Qualifications

• This role requires expertise in industrial and program security practices and regulatory compliance.
• Experience interpreting 32 CFR Part 117 and DoD security requirements for programs.
• Ability to coordinate with government customers and internal teams on security matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations across programs ensuring compliance with DoD policies and security directives.
• Act as liaison between program management, subcontractors, and government customers to resolve security issues.
• Advise teams on security procedures, CAC/SIPR handling, and classification requirements.
• Prepare for audits, inspections, and accreditation activities, and drive corrective actions.
