Job summary

Vantor is seeking a lead security professional to own the end-to-end security program for assigned classified programs. You will apply NISPOM, ICDs, and customer directives to mission needs, protect material, and coordinate security operations.

Applicants must hold US citizenship with active TS clearance and SCI eligibility, plus CPSO/CSSO/FSO experience. The role requires strong communication and stakeholder collaboration to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of related experience or Master’s with 6 years of related experience.
• Prior CPSO/CSSO/FSO experience on DoD/IC programs with security leadership responsibility.
• Knowledge of ICDs, NISPOM, EOs, CFRs, and customer directives; able to apply them to complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end security program for assigned classified programs; apply NISPOM, ICDs and customer directives.
• Interpret complex security requirements, assess risk, and implement compliant procedures.
• Protect and control classified information and accountable material across its lifecycle.
• Lead security operations for SCIFs, visitor control, secure storage, and meetings; coordinate with teams.
