Job summary

Vantor Holdings, Inc. seeks an experienced security lead to own end-to-end security for classified programs in Colorado. The role requires handling NISPOM/ICD compliance, managing SCI program security, and coordinating with the Personnel Security Manager to maintain access records and indoctrinations.

You will plan security education, conduct self-inspections, and drive corrective actions, ensuring timely reporting to stakeholders and alignment with contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and active TS clearance; CI poly eligibility is required or preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in security, or Master’s with 6+ years, or equivalent.
• Experience leading security for SCI programs and programs with DoD/NRO or IC involvement.
• Knowledge of ICDs, NISPOM, CFRs, and customer directives.
• Ability to interpret security requirements and implement compliant procedures.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end security program for assigned classified programs per NISPOM, ICDs, and customer requirements.
• Interpret evolving security requirements, assess risk, and improve procedures for compliance.
• Protect and manage classified information and materials across all lifecycle stages.
• Lead security operations including SCIF, visitor control, secure storage, and meetings.
• Deliver security training and program-specific briefings; ensure staff understand roles.
