Vantor is seeking a Personnel Security Team Lead to manage security for collateral and SCI U.S. Government contracts in Westminster, CO. The role ensures compliance with NISPOM and SEADs, overseeing clearance processing and policy adherence.

The position requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph readiness, plus experience leading a small team and coordinating with DoD/IC counterparts to maintain security standards.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance; SCI eligibility with polygraph.willingness.
• Knowledge of national security policies (ICD, NISPOM, CFR, SEADs).
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years (or Master’s with 6+ years); four years may substitute for a degree.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee Personnel Security for collateral and SCI programs.
• Interpret and implement government security requirements for classified and commercial contracts.
• Coordinate with DoD and IC counterparts to ensure policy compliance.
• Improve processes within Vantor’s Personnel Security Program Office.
• Mentor junior Personnel Security staff and oversee team workload.
• Open/maintain personnel security clearances in DISS/NBIS/SWFT/TALON/SCT.
• Review and process security paperwork for accuracy and timely submission.
• Participate in IC Security Assessments.
