You will interpret government requirements and collaborate with DoD/IC partners to ensure strict compliance and drive process improvements.

The role includes mentoring junior staff, managing clearance actions in DISS/NBIS/SWFT/TALON, and reviewing security documentation for accuracy. A TS clearance with SCI access is required.

Qualifications

• Current/Active Top Secret clearance with willingness to obtain SCI access.
• Knowledge of national security policies (NISPOM, ICDs, CFR, SEADs).
• Eight years with a Bachelor's degree or six years with a Master's.

Responsibilities

• Provide development and oversight of Personnel Security for collateral and SCI programs.
• Interpret and implement government security requirements for classified and commercial contracts.
• Engage with DoD and IC counterparts to ensure policy compliance.
• Contribute to improving processes within Vantor’s Personnel Security Program Office.
• Mentor junior Personnel Security teammates.
• Initiate, maintain and terminate personnel security clearances in DISS/NBIS/SWFT/TALON.
• Review and process all security paperwork for accuracy and submission.
• Participate in IC Security Assessments.
