Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager of Program Scheduling to lead a Master Planning Department. Onsite leadership of a professional scheduling team is required, coordinating with executives and program managers to align schedules and deliverables.

The role requires expertise in scheduling disciplines, risk management, and extensive use of PM tools (MS Project Server, EVMS). Strong collaboration across engineering and operations is essential, with focus on compliance to DoD and

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

Be the organizational lead to initiate a collaborative campaign across the equivalent levels of management.
Advocate for team and products, ensuring business rhythms support skills and time to generate metrics and forecast abilities.
Ensure major projects, program schedules and plans are integrated across functional groups.
Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, Earned Value Management (EVM) and other PM techniques to assess progress and variances.
Prepare, develop and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives.
Ensure schedule products comply with Government, Corporate and Sector requirements.
