Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Program Scheduler in Fort Wayne, IN to lead scheduling for Tier One programs. You will develop, maintain, and analyze integrated master schedules, perform schedule risk analysis, and integrate inputs from engineering, finance and manufacturing within an EVMS framework.

The role requires building executable plans, tracking milestones, and communicating risks to program leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience; or graduate degree with 4+ years; or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
Security clearance may be required for access to restricted programs.
Strong knowledge of DoD programs, FAR/DFARS environment, and EVMS fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules and related planning artifacts.
Perform schedule analysis including critical path, risk, baseline, and health assessments.
Maintain resource‑loaded IMS in support of planning, execution, and EVMS requirements.
Track schedule performance, resolve logic conflicts, and support scheduling issues.
Coordinate inputs across engineering, finance, manufacturing, and quality.
Support EVMS through schedule statusing, variance analysis, and compliant practices.
Prepare schedule status, milestones, and risk information for stakeholders.
Assist subcontractor and supplier schedule coordination as needed.
Apply project management and scheduling techniques to assess progress.
