Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Palm Bay, FL seeks a Manager of Program Scheduling to lead the Integrated Master Plan and IMS for the SMS Segment, Intel & Cyber Sector. You will guide a team, coordinate with finance, engineering, materials, and manufacturing to align schedules with program goals and EVMS standards.

You will develop and maintain schedules using MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint, perform critical path and risk analyses, and present findings to senior leadership while ensuring adherence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years related experience; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience leading scheduling for large programs with EVM and IMS/IMP.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop planning/scheduling employees through guidance, coaching, and training.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and IMS using SOW, WBS, and requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate schedules using MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Create and maintain program plans with baseline maintenance and performance reporting.
• Perform schedule analysis including critical path, risk analysis, and EVMS-related metrics.
• Identify and resolve schedule conflicts and cross-functional coordination issues.
• Communicate with customers and vendors to gain alignment on schedules and processes.
• Drive improvements in scheduling processes and tools to enhance performance.
