Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of related experience; graduate degree preferred or 15+ years optional.
• Experience leading a team of program planners/schedulers on complex DoD/DEF programs.
• Strong knowledge of Integrated Master Schedules and EVMS in DFARs environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10 program planners/schedulers to develop IMS and resource-loaded schedules.
• Mentor the team and coordinate with CAMs and IPT members on schedule data and analysis.
• Perform critical path analysis, EVMS reporting, and Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA).
• Brief leadership up to the executive level on schedule matters and performance.
• Manage day-to-day operational, logistical, and administrative needs of the team.
