Job summary

L3Harris is seeking a Lead Program Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated master schedules for complex defense programs in Bristol, PA. You will coordinate across finance, engineering, manufacturing, and quality to ensure alignment with SOWs and IMP/IMS requirements.

The role requires strong experience with MS Project, EVM, and risk analysis, plus the ability to lead schedule reviews with senior leaders and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience; or graduate degree with 6+ years.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience building schedules in Microsoft Project.
• Experience with earned value management and integrating cost into schedules.
• Experience with subcontractor schedule integration and DoD FAR/DFAR environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and coordinate IMP/IMS using MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Develop integrated master schedules using SOW and WBS.
• Create and track plans, perform risk analysis, and resolve critical paths.
• Lead or participate in scheduling status reviews with senior leaders.
