About The Role: Are you a seasoned scheduling veteran ready to take the reins on one of the largest infrastructure projects in the nation? We are seeking a highly experienced Program Master Scheduler to join the Project Controls Office in Sacramento, CA. This critical role is responsible for the development and maintenance of master schedules for the entire high-speed rail program, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of schedule data to guide executive decisions. • Critical Path Identification: Identify the longest path and critical schedule items and provide recommendations for increased schedule reliability.
  • Variance Reporting: Manage progress, schedule duration changes, and the duration verification basis, while providing periodic updates and documentation to Program/Project Controls.
  • Forecasting & Correlation: Review and analyze current in-progress schedules for correlation with future, planned construction schedules (comparing current duration estimates versus future planned estimates).
Who We're Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Education: A Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering (or equivalent).
