Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Director, Program Scheduler in Palm Bay, FL or Rochester, NY or remote. The role leads the Space Sector’s scheduling organization, driving standards, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across baselines, replans, and risk reviews.

You will mentor scheduling managers and align capability with program execution needs, ensuring schedule integrity and executive transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with extensive program planning experience.
• Graduate degree with substantial related experience preferred.
• Proven expertise in scheduling, EVMS, and integrated program controls.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical and functional leadership for Space Sector scheduling across programs.
• Establish and reinforce sector-wide scheduling standards and quality metrics.
• Advise leadership on schedule performance, critical-path drivers, and forecast credibility.
• Lead baselines, replans, proposals, and recovery planning activities.
• Integrate schedule data with cost, risk, and technical performance.
• Develop workforce strategy and career development for scheduling staff.
