Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Waco, TX is seeking a Program Scheduler to manage complex projects and contribute to departmental plans. You will develop, maintain, and coordinate Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support program objectives and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities include schedule analysis, ensuring cross-functional integration with finance, engineering, manufacturing and quality, tracking plans, performing risk analysis, and communicating status in scheduling reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate IMS to support program objectives and contractual requirements.
• Perform schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects.
• Ensure major projects and program schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
• Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, EVM, and other PM techniques to gauge progress and identify variances.
• Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.
• May lead or participate in scheduling status reviews.
• Ability to obtain US Government security clearance.
