Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Program Scheduling in Cincinnati, OH (or Huntsville, AL) to translate functional plans into detailed IMS schedules and manage schedules across development and production contracts.

You'll perform Critical Path, Schedule Risk, and EVM analyses, coordinating with finance, engineering, manufacturing, and quality to ensure on-time performance and adherence to procedures. This role requires strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience translating plans into IMS and administering schedules on contracts.
• Familiarity with EVMS standards and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop, baseline, and maintain complex resource-loaded IMS schedules.
• Perform Critical/Driving Path Analysis and Schedule Risk Analysis.
• Prepare project-level reports and present to program management.
• Coordinate across finance, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
