Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Senior Specialist, Program Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules for Tier One programs. You will integrate inputs from engineering, finance, and manufacturing and support EVMS reporting and schedule recovery efforts.

The role requires strong knowledge of IMS, EVMS, and MS Project, with experience in DoD environments and formal schedule risk analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with required experience in program scheduling.
• Experience in schedule development, maintenance, and analysis within DoD programs recommended.
• Proven ability to lead scheduling efforts and communicate status to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules for assigned programs.
• Perform schedule analysis including critical path and risk assessments.
• Track schedule performance and resolve logic conflicts and variances.
• Coordinate schedule inputs across engineering, finance, manufacturing, and quality.
• Support EVMS activities and maintain compliant scheduling practices.
• Prepare schedule status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
