Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead, Program Scheduler in Nashville to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules, support EVM analysis, and drive standardization of planning processes across programs. You will coordinate with CAMs, IPTs, and cross-functional teams to ensure schedules are proactive and integrated with program goals.

The ideal candidate has DoD scheduling experience, EVMS proficiency, and the ability to influence stakeholders under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 4+ years planning/scheduling experience in a DoD environment or 13 years directly related experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience developing/managing Integrated Master Schedules including SOW/WBS alignment.
• Proficiency with EVMS, schedule health metrics, and DCMA 14-point assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for assigned programs.
• Integrate schedules across cross-functional teams including finance, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Apply EVMS and SRA techniques to measure progress and risks; support schedule audits.
