Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Program Scheduler in California to lead Integrated Master Schedules for complex defense programs. You will develop IMS from requirements, bases of estimates, and execution inputs, while maintaining resource-loaded schedules and performing critical path analyses with Earned Value management integration.

Ideal candidates have extensive MS Project experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a background in DoD program management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of related experience or graduate degree with 4+ years.
Experience with ANSI-748C, DoD EVMS Guidelines, IPPD, and IPMDAR.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) reflecting WBS, requirements, and data needs.
Integrate subcontractor schedules as subordinate IMS components.
Analyze critical path and advise on schedule changes and milestone achievement.
Coordinate with CAMs and IPTs to maintain schedule data for execution.
Prepare and disseminate periodic project status reports.
Perform IMS variance analysis and support corrective actions.
Contribute scheduling insights to improve processes and trend analysis.
Conduct Monte Carlo Schedule Risk Assessments on key programs.
