Element Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to manage complex, cost-loaded program schedules for capital construction projects in California.

You will lead schedule development, QA/QC, and time impact analyses, coordinating with cost, risk, design, and program teams to ensure milestones are met. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and EVMS.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in capital construction scheduling
• BS/BA degree as listed; advanced education substitution allowed
• Experience with EVMS or similar processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of complex, resource- and cost-loaded schedules
• Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and schedule delay analyses
• Coordinate with cost, risk, and design teams to align schedule with program objectives
• Lead schedule QA/QC and ensure schedule integrity across projects
• Prepare schedule performance reports highlighting baselines, milestones, and forecast dates
• Conduct onboarding and supervision of junior schedulers
