Turner & Townsend in California seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to lead scheduling for large-scale construction programs, leveraging Primavera P6 and Tableau to support data centers, infrastructure, and energy projects.

The role requires 5–7 years in complex master scheduling, strong stakeholder management, and ability to produce end-to-end schedules with rolling wave planning. On-site presence in San Francisco with competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of applicable experience in scheduling.
• AACE planning/scheduling certification preferred.
• Experience building a complex master schedule.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and contracting.
• Able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for a portfolio of projects.
• Review and understand engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic.
• Create, manage, and oversee schedules using critical path method.
• Produce look-ahead schedules (1, 3, 6 months) for reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to maintain schedule integrity.
