Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Program Scheduler to join our team to create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs in the United States. You will oversee schedule consulting at the program level, spanning pre-construction through closeout, and work with project teams to maintain schedule integrity.

Responsibilities include building and updating master schedules with CPM logic, rolling wave planning, and reporting using Primavera P6 and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of applicable experience.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 and schedule reporting.
• AACE planning/scheduling certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage end-to-end schedules for large construction programs.
• Apply critical path method and rolling wave planning.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and look-ahead schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor schedule integrity and flag delays.
• Ensure SOX controls where applicable.
• Interpret and report schedule data using P6 and Tableau.
