Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat in Philadelphia is seeking a Program Representative II/Sr/Spec - Construction Support to coordinate material flow, schedule, and reviews for the CLB IPS Compatibility Test Facility. The role requires collaboration with EB management and government partners to keep production testing on track.

You will interface with multiple teams to identify risks, drive timely decisions, and support continuous improvement initiatives essential to program success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3–10 years of experience in shipbuilding, manufacturing, construction, engineering, advance planning, material management, or production control planning.
• Available to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify critical material needs for near-term activities.
• Drive timely support to Ops plan for execution.
• Provide input to weekly / daily reports of issues and actions.
• Identify issues and potential issues before schedule impacts.
• Schedule and run meetings to drive decisions and problem resolution.
• Coordinate, attend, and present at reviews with EB management and government organizations.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement efforts to support program goals.
