Job summary

SEACORP is seeking a Program/Project Manager III to lead major projects and systems development efforts. You will guide technical approaches, manage resources, and coordinate across departments to meet schedules and budgets.

Ideal candidates have extensive program management experience, FAR/DoD procurement knowledge, and leadership of maritime PNT or similar systems. Secret clearance is required; Middletown, RI on-site work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, physical sciences, mathematics, MIS or business.
• Eight+ years of Program Management experience including technology assessments, systems design and budget.
• Knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies; ISEA support for maritime PNT systems or similar.
• Security clearance: Secret.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project planning, direction and success of major projects and initiatives.
• Define and negotiate with personnel for necessary resources and milestones.
• Coordinate interdepartmental functions to minimize delays and ensure schedules/budgets are met.
• Review program status with project teams and plan future actions.
