Job summary

Naval Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program/Project Management Analyst to support the PMA 201 Program Office based in Lexington Park, MD. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in analyzing program objectives and budget management.

Key responsibilities include developing integrated schedules, managing budgets, and applying analytic techniques for effective project evaluation. A Secret Clearance and BA/BS degree are required.

• 10+ years of experience in program/project management roles.
• Experience with Department of Defense regulations.
• Ability to analyze program/project requirements and budgets.

• Support PMA 201 Program Office with program/project evaluations.

Description

NSI requires a Senior Program/Project Management Analyst to support PMA 201 Program Office. Upon award of contract the candidate will apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Apply government-institute processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Develop and execute integrated Government schedules.

Develop, manage and execute budget and phasing plans.

Lexington Park, MD

Education

BA/BS degree.

Experience

10+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Experience with DoD and SECNAV series instructions, NAVAIR management tools, cost and performance trades, and Microsoft products a plus.

Security Clearance

Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
