Job summary

Naval Systems, Inc. (NSI) seeks a Senior Operations Manager to support the PMA 201 Program Office in Lexington Park, MD. The candidate will act as the overall lead and administrator for the contracted effort and serve as the primary interface with Government program authorities on technical and program issues.

The role oversees contractor execution, manages program resources, and creates presentations for management. Strong leadership, calendar coordination, and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• MA/MS degree required.
• 10+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• Experience with DoD program support and government interfaces is preferred.

Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources. Create presentations for management-level personnel. Coordinate events and manage calendars. Location: Lexington Park, MD Education: MA/MS degree Experience: 10+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Experience with DTS, APACS, ISOPREP, NAVAIR Correspondence Manual, processing VISA's and passports, and DISS is a plus. Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
