Naval Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Capability and Combat Relevance Program/Project/Management Analyst to support PMA 276. The role analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules and performs management and technical analyses. It tracks program status and applies government change and data management processes.
Located in Lexington Park, MD, a secret clearance is required and U.S. citizenship is mandatory. Master’s degree preferred with 10+ years of analytic experience in defense programs.
NSI requires a Senior Capability and Combat Relevance Program/Project/Management Analyst to support PMA 276 Program Office. Upon award of contract the candidate will analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

MA/Masters Degree preferred.
Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category, or an Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category, or Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.
At least 10+ years' experience applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
3-year experience using NAVAIR PMT and/or CDRL Tool. Prior NAVAIR experience within a Government Acquisition Integrated Product Team (IPT) to include cost, schedule and/or performance.
Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
