Naval Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Training IPT Program/Project/Management Analyst to support PMA 276. The role involves analyzing requirements, status, budget and schedules for aircraft/weapon development programs, and performing data and change-control tasks as required.
Qualified candidates have 10+ years of analytic experience, citizenship, and a Secret Security clearance. Master's degree preferred; Lexington Park, MD is the location for this on-site position.
NSI requires a Senior Training IPT Program/Project/Management Analyst to support PMA 276 Program Office. Upon award of contract the candidate will analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applie government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Lexington Park, MD
MA/Masters Degree preferred.
Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category, or an Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category, or Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.
At least 10+ years' experience applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Prior experience with H-1 training systems and/or H-1 instructor experience.
Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
