Job summary

Naval Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program/Project Management Analyst to support PMA 226. You will collect, organize, and interpret program data, track status, and apply government processes for documentation and change control.

Responsibilities include process improvements, drafting responses to taskers, and supervising junior personnel. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in the field, 7+ years with NAVAIR/Naval Aviation, a BA/BS, and a Secret clearance, and is a US citizen.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years supporting NAVAIR or Naval Aviation Enterprise.
• Experience leading and managing teams.
• US citizen with Secret clearance.

Description:

NSI requires a Senior Program/Project Management Analyst to support PMA 226 Program Office. Upon award of contract the candidate will collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to PMA programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Develops, maintains, and executes processes and process improvement efforts for cross-PMA functions, requirements, deliverables, and teams. Drafts and coordinates responses to taskers, briefs, Congressional inquiries. Manages, maintains, and organizes files, briefs, and requests for information across the PMA. Provides daily oversight for junior contractor personnel. Prepares and maintains PMA office notes, Continuity of Operations Plans, Emergency Action Plans, and other directives as required.

Cherry Point, NC

Education:

BA/BS degree.

Experience:

At least ten (10) years of experience performing same or equivalent described in the functional description. With a minimum of 7 years of experience supporting NAVAIR and/or Naval Aviation Enterprise. Experience leading and managing teams. Military experience a plus.

Security Clearance:

Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
